I agree that there are two sides to every story. While it's easy for me to hop up on my green soapbox and preach about the impending environmental disasters, I, too need to take a look at the sources and research behind what I believe.

Dagny McKinley
www.onnotextiles.com
organic apparel

A few months ago weren't the Gorebots going on about how the "tropical insects" were going to creep up to the Temperate Zones and infect us all with malaria?

Now Global Warming is responsible for their deaths (so they say).

AGW -- having it both ways, as usual.

You should be aware that all scientific studies are consistent with the emerging truth that with this inevitable rise of 5.4ºC, there will be winners and losers in nature. Cuddly species such as polar bears and koalas, pretty butterflies and other cute creatures such as pandas and dolphins will suffer massive extinctions. At the same time, we will see a rise in nasty, unpleasant species such as weasels and wolverines, anopheles mosquitos, icky bacteria and other creepy-crawlies such as slugs, snails and puppy-dog tails. No arguments please. The science is settled. Anthropomorphic Global Warming is a fact.
